The geriatrics, extended care and rehabilitation program provides a dynamic array of inpatient and outpatient geriatric, rehabilitation and specialty care services. This includes the Geriatric Evaluation and Management Clinic, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Blind Rehabilitation, Hospice and Palliative Care, and our Nursing Home Care Units (Rehab, Respite, Hospice, Short Stay Skilled, and Long Term Care).  Read more about our extended care and rehabilitation program.

Pharmacy

Polytrauma Clinic

The John D. Dingell VAMC has been identified as one of 3 sites in VISN 11 to establish a Level III Polytrauma Clinic.  This is an outpatient clinic designed to evaluate and manage the care of veterans who have sustained multiple injuries (both physical and psychosocial) while serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom and/or Operation Enduring Freedom. Read more about Polytrauma Clinic.
